3 Day Kitchari Cleanse; 1/2 cup Uncooked brown rice. 1cup Moong Lentils. Peas. Carrots. Sweet Potatoe. Baby Spinach. Garlic. Onion. Garam Masala. Chinese 5 Spice. Curry. 2 sauté Pans. Olive Oil.
Directions: Chop up 5 cloves garlic and one 1 onion. Pour large tablespoon olive oil in each pan and divide chopped garlic and onion to each pan. Sauté. Add the 1/2 cup dry brown rice in one sauté pan and stir continuously to coat. Allow the rice to open its kernel while stirring every once in a while for about 5 min. Add 1/2 cup water and allow the rice to swirl around and absorb the nutrients of garlic and onion. Sprinkle sea salt over the rice n water, sprinkle a little curry and a tiny amount less than 1/4 teaspoon over the water and rice mixture. Stir. Put lid on sauté pan. Turn heat to low low.
