3 Day Kitchari Cleanse; 1/2 cup Uncooked brown rice. 1cup Moong Lentils. Peas. Carrots. Sweet Potatoe. Baby Spinach. Garlic. Onion. Garam Masala. Chinese 5 Spice. Curry. 2 sauté Pans. Olive Oil.
Directions: Chop up 5 cloves garlic and one 1 onion. Pour large tablespoon olive oil in each pan and divide chopped garlic and onion to each pan. Sauté. Add the 1/2 cup dry brown rice in one sauté pan and stir continuously to coat. Allow the rice to open its kernel while stirring every once in a while for about 5 min. Add 1/2 cup water and allow the rice to swirl around and absorb the nutrients of garlic and onion. Sprinkle sea salt over the rice n water, sprinkle a little curry and a tiny amount less than 1/4 teaspoon over the water and rice mixture. Stir. Put lid on sauté pan. Turn heat to low low. Set your alarm to check rice in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes stir the rice mixture and estimate 10 to 12 minutes more cooking time with lid. After timer rings turn the heat off. Leave the lid on the pan. Meanwhile in the second pan sauté garlic and onions. When ready toss in the rest of Veggies of peas, carrots, sweet potato, baby spinach riced cauliflower, ginger. Cut up the veggies before cooking. Add a couple dashes of curry, less than a 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala and dash of Chinese 5 spice. Stir, add 1/2 cup water liquid, put the lid on and watch occasionally while the rice is cooking.
Once the brown rice is finished cooking add to the veggies.
Lentel Mung Beans soak 4-8 hours or over night. This allows for sprouting and opening of the bean lending probiotics for easier assimilation and digestion. Drain the water from the soaked sprouted Lentil Mung Beans, and sauce in garlic with Olive Oil and sea salt. Add per taste of heat to dash or two of Garam Masala as the lentils are warming with the garlic and olive oil. Add Rice Cauliflower and stir until ready to put the veggie rice mixture into one big bowl. Eat this every meal. You will feel better. receive a massage or body work to assist in cleansing.
